Student transcripts or permanent student records are mostly obtained from the District Administration Office or Ministry of Education since the school re-configured in 2008 and we are no longer a graduating school.
There are of course special exceptions where last records are kept here. If you do not fit in any of the examples below, please contact the school records secretary button link below.
This is the case for students who:
All applications for transcripts require a proof of identification (eg copy of drivers licence) and/or a third party release of information form signed if it is for an employment or post secondary school verification request.
All requests are also subject to processing fees and could take up to 3 business days to process.

This is the case for students who:
- Graduated (or would have graduated) between January 1974 and December 1985
- Attended Grade 12 prior to 1974 and were not in the University Entrance or Academic Technical Program
- Did not attend Grade 12
- Did not receive their certificate (or diploma) when they graduated. The District does not have certificates or diploma's kept on file. The District will have transcripts and/or Permanent Student Records. Certificates and Diplomas must be obtained through the Ministry of Education.
- Students who last attended or graduated from Quesnel Secondary School between 1984 and 2009 should request transcripts at the District Administration Office.
