QJS staff members work together with our families and the community to meet the academic and social goals of our Aboriginal and Indigenous students. |

- Help students with goal setting, academic and behavioral
- Liaise between home and school
- Monitor attendance and needs of Indigenous students and facilitate improvement and solutions
- Provide emotional, social, academic, behavioral and cultural support to students using the foundations of the Seven Teachings and the quadrants of the Medicine Wheel
- Responding to any specific concerns of teachers or parents
- Work closely with teachers and other personnel to plan effectively for students
