Registration
Step 1
Parent/guardian needs to bring in the student birth certificate, care card and 2 proof of address documents (eg, Driver's License, Hydro bill). A copy will be made and kept in the students record file.
Step 2
Fill out the registration form at the school or download and print the registration form, complete it at home and bring it with you when you come to the school to register your student. If you are registering from out of town, please contact the school. We will request your records from your previous school to be sent to/shared with us.
Step 3
The school sets up a meeting with the counsellor. We ensure the best placement of students so students do not begin school on the day they register.

- Counsellor meeting and timetable support
- School Tour
- Locker Assignment
- Meeting everyone in the office
- Counsellor connection for follow-up concerns
Withdrawal
Step 1
Let the school know when your anticipated last day will be (the office staff, counsellor & teachers). It is also helpful to give forwarding information in case there are things the school needs to forward to you after you have already left the school.
Step 2
Ensure all text books and any borrowed school materials have been returned to the school. Ensure all items are removed from your locker.
Step 3
Your next school will forward us a record request, and your school records will be sent to your new school by us.
